From local roots to global trade
Vincenzo Viva founded the group in the United States in 2011. What began with Outdoor Living by Viva grew into a group of businesses and an international brokerage working across commodities, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and sales.

Outdoor Living by Viva
Vincenzo Viva started the group during a U.S. economic downturn. His first company, Outdoor Living by Viva, began as a construction business in one state and expanded to three.

Diversification
Beyond construction
After the construction business expanded, he started an industrial cleaning company and won several commercial accounts. He also explored digital magazines, travel, real estate and bicycles.

National sales
A focus on the U.S. market
Vincenzo Viva went on to establish Vincenzo Viva Sales LLC Broker. The brokerage initially concentrated on sales within the United States.

Since 2024
Commodities and cross-border business
The brokerage expanded into global commodity trading in 2024 and now works across financing, mergers and acquisitions, and sales. The group says its trading consultants are available around the clock. It is also pursuing acquisitions and partnerships to extend its international presence.
